LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team at their Los Angeles office in Woodland Hills. This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in California.

• 3+ years of substantive experience in labor and employment litigation is preferred; other civil litigation experience will be considered.

• Wage & Hour and PAGA experience is advantageous.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex labor and employment, commercial, and privacy litigation matters.

• Provide strategic counsel to clients on single plaintiff FEHA matters, wage & hour claims, PAGA claims, and class action work.

• Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.

• Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.
