LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, an international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its premier Litigation Practice Group in Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated class action, commercial, and financial restructuring litigation matters for an elite global client base.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing
  • 4–7 years of substantive litigation experience at a law firm of comparable rank
  • Background in class action, commercial, and financial restructuring matters
  • Demonstrated experience handling all phases of complex commercial litigation, including:
    • Drafting and responding to complaints
    • Managing written discovery and depositions
    • Preparing and arguing motions
    • Supporting trials and appeals
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams
 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in complex commercial, class action, and restructuring-related litigation in state and federal courts
  • Draft pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions with precision and strategic clarity
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including depositions, document review, and written discovery
  • Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and appellate strategy
  • Develop litigation strategies tailored to client objectives and industry-specific considerations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $310,000-$420,000 annually, as determined by experience and market factors
  • Bonus Eligibility
