Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney or Counsel to join its Labor & Employment Department, with a focus on labor relations matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic national practice, advising employers on high-profile and complex issues in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing

6+ years of substantive experience representing management in labor relations and union matters
- Proven track record advising employers on issues under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, and union organizing campaigns
- Experience handling OSHA matters preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Team-oriented, ambitious, and driven to help grow and support a national practice
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters and provide practical, business-focused solutions
Key Responsibilities

Represent management in labor relations matters, including collective bargaining and union negotiations
- Advise clients on compliance with the NLRA and strategies for addressing union organizing campaigns
- Handle unfair labor practice charges and related disputes before the NLRB
- Provide counsel on workplace safety and OSHA-related issues, including responding to investigations and enforcement actions
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver comprehensive labor and employment solutions to clients
- Support clients in navigating complex labor matters quickly and effectively while mitigating risk

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $275,000–$385,000, as determined by experience, title, and market factors
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus
