Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Junior Trademark Associate Attorney to join their internationally recognized Trademark Practice. This team provides comprehensive trademark services, including prosecution, counseling, and domestic and international enforcement. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career attorney to work with high-profile clients in the technology and life sciences sectors, developing expertise in all aspects of trademark law.

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam.
1-4 years of substantive experience as a trademark practitioner, including prosecution, counseling, and enforcement.
Experience with domestic and international trademark matters is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong analytical, oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on trademark strategy, portfolio management, and brand protection matters.
Draft, prosecute, and manage trademark applications, oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement actions domestically and internationally.
Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and provide risk analyses and clearance opinions.
Counsel clients on licensing, co-existence agreements, and transactional trademark considerations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and legal objectives, including client communications, training, and reporting.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international trademark laws, regulations, and case law.

Compensation & Benefits

The firm offers a competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $310,000, commensurate with experience, education attained, certifications, and location, along with opportunities to earn discretionary performance-based bonuses.
