Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a highly motivated mid–senior level Corporate Securities Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized corporate practice. This position provides the opportunity to work on some of the firm’s largest and most sophisticated securities matters, collaborating with a team of over 200 corporate attorneys across multiple offices.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
  • Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
  • 4–6 years of substantive experience in securities law
  • Experience handling public offerings and Exchange Act filings
  • Strong academic credentials with superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, entrepreneurial drive, and client-service orientation
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build client confidence

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise public companies on securities law compliance, including Exchange Act reporting and disclosure obligations
  • Assist with public offerings and other securities transactions
  • Draft, review, and file registration statements, periodic reports, and related SEC filings
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-office teams to execute complex securities matters
  • Engage directly with clients, providing practical advice and building trusted long-term relationships
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s national corporate and securities practice

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary ranges from $290,000-$350,000, as determined by experience and market factors
