Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented mid-level Trial Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This is an exciting opportunity to handle sophisticated general commercial litigation matters within a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collegial environment.
Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record

Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania, in good standing

4–6 years of substantive experience in general commercial litigation
- Superior legal research and writing skills, with strong analytical abilities
- Quick-study aptitude and the ability to engender client confidence
- Experience managing complex commercial disputes and related litigation matters
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service orientation
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of general commercial litigation matters

Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts

Manage discovery, including depositions, document review, and related litigation strategy

Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality, persuasive written work
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategy and provide creative legal solutions
- Communicate directly with clients, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness
- Contribute to a team-oriented and collegial practice environment

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary ranges from $260,000-$350,000, as determined by experience and market factors
