TRIAL ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (MID-LEVEL)

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented mid-level Trial Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This is an exciting opportunity to handle sophisticated general commercial litigation matters within a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collegial environment.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania, in good standing
  • 4–6 years of substantive experience in general commercial litigation
  • Superior legal research and writing skills, with strong analytical abilities
  • Quick-study aptitude and the ability to engender client confidence
  • Experience managing complex commercial disputes and related litigation matters
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service orientation

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in a wide range of general commercial litigation matters
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts
  • Manage discovery, including depositions, document review, and related litigation strategy
  • Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality, persuasive written work
  • Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategy and provide creative legal solutions
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness
  • Contribute to a team-oriented and collegial practice environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary ranges from $260,000-$350,000, as determined by experience and market factors
