REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (MID-LEVEL)

Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Real Estate Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated real estate matters while working with developers, investors, lenders, and corporations on high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing (or willingness to obtain admission promptly)
    • Preference given to those with Texas or Florida bar admission
  • 2–4 years of substantive real estate experience, preferably with a large law firm (boutique firm experience considered)
  • Experience handling acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing
  • Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus
  • Strong oral advocacy, research, and client communication skills
  • Ability to manage matters efficiently and independently
  • Professionalism: Client-service oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellence
 

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and leasing transactions
  • Advise clients on land use and zoning matters, as well as commercial real estate financing structures
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and related real estate documents
  • Manage matters independently and as part of larger teams, ensuring timely and efficient client service
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing strategic, business-focused guidance
  • Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected annual base salary range of $235,000-$365,000, as determined by experience and market factors
  • Eligibility for a discretionary bonus
