A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join the Corporate Trust team within their Finance & Banking Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated structured finance matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The position offers flexible hybrid arrangements and is available in multiple locations.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.

• 3–5 years of substantive finance practice experience, with an emphasis on structured finance and/or corporate trust matters.

• Structured Finance Experience: Preferred candidates will have experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.

• Transactional Background: Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financial and transactional documents.

• Collaborative and Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment, with the ability to manage responsibilities across multiple transactions.

• Soft Skills: Excellent legal writing, client communication, and analytical skills, alongside strong business acumen are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Highly Competitive Salary: $250,000 – $305,000, commensurate with experience.
