What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for customer support and parts coordination. You’ll ensure seamless communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments while maintaining accurate records and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients to resolve issues and offer support.
• Maintain detailed customer records, including interactions, transactions, and account updates.
• Prepare customer invoices and coordinate with the shipping department.
• Communicate product details, availability, and credit terms to customers.
• Correspond with customers regarding production progress, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to process purchase orders efficiently.
• Utilize your knowledge of machines or equipment to discuss the features and uses of various parts.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the marine or power generation industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with reading instructional manuals and technical drawings (preferred).
• Proficiency in maintaining electronic records and working with automated systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check, physical (if applicable), and drug screening.
• Bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
