Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Rigger to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and rigging operations, ensuring the safe and precise assembly of metal structures and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Rig and move heavy equipment using slings, hoists, and other rigging tools.
Inspect welds and structures to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in welding and rigging.
Certifications: AWS Certification and rigging certifications preferred.
Skills: Ability to read blueprints, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in various welding techniques.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights.
Work Environment: Industrial, construction, and manufacturing settings.
