As a Client Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client interactions and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing accounts from the initiation of service agreements through their lifecycle. This position offers a full remote working option, allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management and security of client information within our database.
  • Provide direct support to address client requirements and needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule audit activities and manage client inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure timely updates on new developments and notify clients about relevant activities.
  • Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by adhering to established KPIs.
  • Maintain client registration records, including work orders, file reviews, and document management for multisite audits.
  • Assist in financial processes, including invoicing and client collections.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and support the client quotation process.
  • Anticipate and champion client needs, coordinating all activities associated with each client.

Departmental Functions

  • Plan and execute assessment activities professionally and technically, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Guide clients through the certification process efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Program Management.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 and related registration/certification schemes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
  • Exceptional administrative, communication, and telephone contact skills.
