Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
• Coordinate and oversee daily patient care activities to improve outcomes.
• Develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and support ongoing educational opportunities for nursing professionals.
• Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years home health experience
   
• Must Know OASIS
   
• Preferred they have a year or more of leadership experience.
   
• In-field supervision 1-2 times a week
   
• On-call rotation
