Production Supervisor – Level 1

As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations in the production area to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and timely delivery. You'll manage team performance, supervise two lead supervisors, and help drive profitability through smart business practices.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules with the sales planner to meet delivery deadlines
• Monitor and improve production efficiency
• Ensure all necessary materials are available and properly staged
• Conduct monthly raw material counts and submit results to accounting
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Report equipment issues to the setup manager
• Complete daily time edits in the ADP system
• Track employee attendance and performance using a points system
• Enforce company policies and operational procedures
• Monitor production yield and report results
• Perform other duties as assigned

🎓 Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with ADP payroll systems
• 3+ years managing multiple shifts
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and lead by example
• Skilled in team building, decision-making, and people management
• Experience with USDA food safety regulations is a plus
