Our client, a leader in premium food manufacturing, is hiring Full-Time Production Associates to join their growing team in London, ON. In this role, you’ll work on the production line in positions such as depositing, decorating, and packaging, ensuring that only the highest-quality products reach their customers.

 

Production Associate Details

Shift Options (Start Times)

You will be scheduled 2 weeks in advance. 

  1. A-Shift (Early Morning) • Start times between 1:00 AM – 9:45 AM | Mon–Thu or Wed–Sat | 10.5 hrs
  2. B-Shift (Late Morning/Afternoon) • Start times between 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM | Mon–Thu or Wed–Sat | 10.5 hrs
  3. Flexible A-Shift (Daytime – 10 hr) • Start times between 6:00 AM – 10:45 AM | Mon–Sat | 10 hrs
  4. Flexible A-Shift (Daytime – 8 hr) • Start times between 6:00 AM – 10:45 AM | Mon–Sat | 8 hrs
  5. Flexible B-Shift (Evening – 10 hr) • Start times between 4:30 PM – 9:15 PM | Mon–Sat | 10 hrs
  6. Flexible B-Shift (Evening – 8 hr) • Start times between 4:30 PM – 9:15 PM | Mon–Sat | 8 hrs

 

Compensation & Premiums

  • $20.56/hour (probation – 70 shifts)
  • $22.84/hour (after probation)
  • $0.75/hr. Shift premium (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
  • $0.75/hr. Weekend premium (5:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Production Associate Responsibilities

·        Operate on the production line in a variety of roles including depositing, decorating, and packaging

·        Follow established standard operating procedures and safety regulations

·        Maintain focus on product quality and detail in a fast-paced environment

·        Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets

·        Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented workplace culture

 

Production Associate Qualifications

·        High School Diploma or GED required

·        Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada

·        Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment preferred

·        Reliable, punctual, and able to demonstrate strong attendance history

·        Good manual dexterity with the ability to handle equipment safely

·        Flexibility to work varying start times within chosen shift

·        Reliable transportation to and from work
