We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a project with our client in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and minimizing resistance to change within the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and managers to help them fulfill their roles as change champions.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to equip employees with the skills needed for change.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Saskatoon.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects is an asset.
