Pay: $175,000.00 - $783,000.00+ per year (commission-based, tied directly to your billings attorneys keep 70-90% of what they generate).

Job Description

  • Build and grow your Trusts & Estates practice under a nationwide revenue-sharing platform
  • Retain control of your clients, billing, and rates while keeping the majority of what you bill
  • Collaborate with a global network of 400+ attorneys across corporate, tax, real estate, and litigation disciplines for client referrals and cross-practice collaboration
  • Access comprehensive administrative support, including billing, IT, compliance, and marketing
  • Focus on estate planning, wealth preservation, probate, and trust administration without the burden of law firm overhead
  • Operate fully remote, with the option to use branded offices in New York, Chicago, and across Europe

Qualifications

  • Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Verifiable portable book of business of $250,000+ annually
  • Strong track record in trusts and estates law, including estate planning, trust formation, administration, and probate matters
  • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on wealth transfer strategies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage and grow client relationships independently
