Job Description
- Build and grow your litigation practice under a nationwide revenue-sharing platform
- Retain full control of your clients, billing, and rates while keeping the majority of what you bill
- Handle a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes, from pre-litigation through trial and appeal
- Collaborate with a global network of 400+ attorneys across practice areas including corporate, real estate, employment, and insurance defense
- Access comprehensive administrative support including billing, IT, compliance, and marketing
- Focus on client advocacy and litigation strategy without the burden of traditional firm overhead
- Operate fully remote, with the option to use branded offices in New York, Chicago, and across Europe
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Verifiable portable book of business of $250,000+ annually
- Strong track record in civil or commercial litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage and grow client relationships independently
