Our client is seeking a Marketing Technology Program Manager to be responsible for leading stakeholder engagement, managing a technology portfolio, and delivering digital solutions for Marketing, Creative, Events, and Player Development. This strategic role identifies opportunities where technology can enhance business performance, acting as a key partner to leadership and a systems owner for platforms including websites, mobile apps, database marketing, and guest-facing integrations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align business goals with technology solutions by serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Develop, communicate, and maintain technology roadmaps that prioritize and align with business objectives.
- Plan and lead initiatives from inception through delivery, including scope development, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and change management.
- Oversee implementation projects with internal teams and vendors, ensuring quality execution, documentation, and user adoption.
- Champion organizational change management efforts and lead training to support process and system transformation.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of analysts, engineers, and administrators.
- Lead system selection and solution analysis initiatives, coordinating with architecture and functional stakeholders.
- Oversee system lifecycle management, support operations, and ticketing processes for related platforms.
- Analyze and resolve systemic issues with clear business impact communication and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Support Operations to establish effective first-level support and escalation protocols.
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance oversight.
- Direct data architecture and governance efforts related to owned systems, ensuring seamless data flows and integrity in partnership with analytics and IT architecture teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively interact with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 8 years of broad and in-depth experience in business and/or technology functions.
- Proven experience leading and managing technology teams.
- Expertise in enterprise software and technology platforms, including ERP, Procurement, HCM/HRIS systems, and their integrations.
- Comprehensive understanding of business operations, processes, and requirements that influence technology solution design and system usage.
- Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with key industry regulations (e.g., PCI, NIGC).
PREFERRED:
- Project management certifications such as PMI-PMP/Agile a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be tasked with lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 25 lbs., if able to do so.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for moderate periods of time.
- Must be able to bend at the knees and waist frequently
- Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and a computer mouse and keyboard.
