OverviewOur client, a prestigious food manufacturer & distributor is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on accounting operations, financial management and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Invoice customers, enter payments, and handle high-volume invoicing.
• Research payment discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Complete accounting projects and reconcile accounts.
• Understand and implement market-driven pricing strategies and customer billing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or related field preferred)
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Food & Beverage Manufacturing /Production industry experience highly preferred (Exposure to 3PL is a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
