Position Summary: This position is part-time and will be onsite in our offices in Puerto Rico. The individual will split their time between the two office locations. The individual will be responsible for resolving employee relations concerns through both formal investigations and alternative dispute resolution methods. This position is also responsible for carrying out a broad scope of responsibilities within Human Resources including but not limited to handling benefits inquiries, employment law compliance, payroll related questions, HR administrative support, interviewing, etc.
Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in our offices in Puerto Rico. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP should maintain an effective level of business unit literacy. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
