We are seeking a Sr. Specialist, Data Analytics to support billing and customer experience initiatives. This role will serve as the primary analytics partner for stakeholder communications, test design, and performance measurement. You will collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure rigorous testing methodologies and clear reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Design and implement test/control group frameworks for billing-related marketing campaigns.
Define target audiences, segmentation logic, and exclusion criteria in partnership with business stakeholders.
Address ad hoc analytical questions and provide rapid insights to support decision-making.
Build and maintain dashboards to track test performance, lift, and key metrics.
Guide stakeholders on proper test design, sampling, and statistical rigor.
Document campaign results and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Support customer-experience (CX) campaign performance tracking and analysis.
Contribute to billing migration analytics, segmentation, and complexity tiering.
Assist with general marketing performance analysis and insight development.
Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and broader experimental methodologies.
Ability to create actionable dashboards and performance reports.
Strong data-quality validation and QA skills.
Strong communication abilities, especially in explaining analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience handling a high volume of ad hoc requests.
Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
Experience with cloud data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake).
Dashboarding skills using visualization tools such as Tableau.
Familiarity with analytical notebooks (Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks, or similar).
Background in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or customer behavior analytics.
Experience with segmentation, targeting, churn, and retention metrics.
Exposure to subscription-based or recurring-revenue business models is a plus.
Collaborative, cross-functional environment with regular stakeholder interaction.
Project-based workload with opportunities to support multiple initiatives.
Contribute to high-visibility initiatives that influence key customer and business outcomes.
Shape testing methodologies and analytics frameworks used across teams.
Work closely with experienced analytics and marketing professionals in a supportive environment.
