Job Description
The Sr. Marketing Advanced Analytics role supports marketing analytics by building dependable data pipelines, validating data accuracy, and developing dashboards that help teams understand performance. You’ll work with modern data engineering tools and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data is trustworthy, well-structured, and easy to consume.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and related big-data processing languages
Work with Snowflake to load, transform, and manage large datasets
Validate data end-to-end through profiling, reconciliation across sources, and anomaly checks
Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas that need improvement
Create visual dashboards using Tableau to support transparency and reporting needs
Set up automated quality checks and alerts for potential data or pipeline issues
Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver clean datasets
Improve pipeline efficiency, simplify workflows, and reduce operational overhead
Document data flows, logic, and lineage in a clear and consistent format
Required Skills
Experience building data pipelines with Databricks and common data engineering languages (such as Python, SQL, or similar)
Strong SQL capabilities for querying, transforming, and optimizing data
Ability to perform detailed data validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection
Knowledge of optimizing large-scale processing jobs and solving performance issues
Experience managing data in Snowflake, including loading and update processes
Ability to develop dashboards in Tableau and apply visualization best practices
Solid understanding of data quality frameworks and validation processes
Ability to create clear documentation for pipelines, workflows, and data logic
Preferred Skills
Experience with advanced profiling techniques or anomaly detection methods
Ability to translate business questions into structured data requirements
Familiarity with data lineage and metadata documentation practices
Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
