Job Description
The Senior Advertising & Creative Services Manager uses a blend of creative expertise and strategic leadership to support a wide range of marketing initiatives and product experiences. This role partners with internal teams and external agencies—including creative, strategy, media, and research partners—to ensure cohesive, high-quality advertising output across all channels. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong independence, multitasking ability, and consistent delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
Support the development and implementation of creative platforms for customer acquisition, including asset production and performance optimization across mass media and digital media channels.
Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, guiding campaign development from initial brief through execution, optimization, and reporting.
Oversee production of full-funnel advertising assets including video, out-of-home, audio, digital performance media (social, display), internal communications, and earned media content.
Lead creative performance optimization efforts, including message testing, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
Manage and optimize non-working media budgets; collaborate closely with media teams to ensure alignment between creative deliverables and paid media plans.
Analyze internal and external performance data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to support business goals and ensure creative alignment.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
3–5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, media, entertainment, or a related field.
Background in advertising agencies, production, film, or television is preferred.
Experience in creative development, media, design, communications, or similar disciplines; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of various file formats used in creative production.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; general familiarity with the MS Office suite.
Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn new processes, tools, and cross-functional workflows.
