Overview

The Senior Enterprise HCM Manager leads technology initiatives supporting Human Capital Management and workforce systems. This role aligns people systems with business objectives, partners closely with HR leadership, and ensures scalable, secure solutions that support organizational growth.

The position provides leadership over internal teams and external partners, operates with a high degree of autonomy, and requires strong executive-level communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and prioritize HCM and workforce system initiatives

  • Manage internal staff, consultants, and vendors

  • Partner with HR and business leaders on system strategy and delivery

  • Communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

  • Define requirements and delivery approaches for complex initiatives

  • Promote best practices in governance, documentation, and quality

  • Oversee vendor scope, milestones, and budgets

  • Support data privacy, security, and risk management efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years working in enterprise or complex organizations

  • 5+ years supporting enterprise Oracle HCM Module

  • Experience leading teams, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
