Job Overview:

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage a high-volume inbound pipeline and close complex B2B deals. This role is ideal for a driven, team-oriented salesperson who enjoys solving customer problems, working with modern sales tools, and operating in a structured, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails

  • Build and expand a defined territory while meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Conduct strong discovery to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to scope and close deals

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using CRM and sales tools

  • Develop long-term customer relationships and expansion opportunities

  • Support personal and company brand presence through professional social platforms

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (IT, facilities, construction, education, or public sector preferred)

  • Experience selling technology-enabled or networked/IP-based solutions (security, low-voltage, MSP, A/V, telecom, or similar)

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

  • Comfortable handling a high-volume inbound environment

  • Competitive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

  • Interest in developing long-term expertise within a specialized solutions market
