Key Responsibilities

  • Establish governance, scope, and communication plans for a global integration program.

  • Build and manage a team of project managers and analysts.

  • Develop and oversee integrated program schedules, resources, and budgets across several sites.

  • Ensure alignment to program frameworks, documentation standards, and lifecycle methodologies.

  • Monitor progress, manage risks, adjust plans, and provide regular executive-level updates.

  • Coordinate integration activities across legacy and newly acquired manufacturing sites.

  • Validate deliverables for quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations.

Program Context

  • All sites operate on Oracle systems; the primary objective is to migrate and align them onto one Oracle instance.

  • Oracle manufacturing systems experience is mandatory.

  • MES experience is optional (some sites operate without MES, and standardization is undecided).

  • No optimization or process standardization required—focus is strictly system alignment and operational continuity.

  • Travel is approximately 10–20%, including initial site visits and periodic milestone support.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of program and senior project management experience.

  • Proven leadership of large-scale manufacturing or technology integration programs.

  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and standard office applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to support global teams across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
