About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Insurance Broker to join their growing team in Toronto. In this role, you will manage and service an existing portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and strengthen relationships. You’ll be part of a collaborative, client-focused brokerage that values professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service an established book of personal lines business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Provide expert advice to clients on their personal insurance needs, offering tailored coverage solutions.

• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.

• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to meet clients’ evolving insurance needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and insurance partners.

• Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous customer service at every touchpoint.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service standards and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications

• RIBO Licence required.

• Minimum 3 years of brokerage experience in personal insurance.

• Proven experience providing exceptional customer service and client support.

• Knowledge of EPIC, ARS, and company portals considered a strong asset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
