\nWhat You’ll Do
\nProactively generate and qualify leads through strategic prospecting to secure new business clients.
\nBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and internal teams.
\nDeliver personalized, professional advice with a focus on accuracy, client satisfaction, and value creation.
\nConfidently present and communicate our value proposition to stakeholders across all levels.
\nAnalyze buyer personas and address the unique challenges of our target market.
\nDrive results by achieving quick wins and consistently exceeding sales goals.
\nMaintain detailed records in CRM systems to support pipeline management and follow-up.
\nPartner with your Service Support team to ensure seamless onboarding, client service, and retention.
\nStay current on industry trends, evolving client needs, and the competitive landscape.
\nAttend networking events, client meetings, and other lead generation activities.
\nProvide timely reporting, insights, and presentations to management.
\nRespond to client inquiries, gather underwriting information, and conduct research as needed.
\nWhat We’re Looking For
\nProven success in B2B sales, ideally within insurance, financial services, or professional solutions.
\nHighly motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented with a passion for growth.
\nStrong prospecting and pipeline development skills.
\nFamiliarity with CRM systems (an asset).
\nExcellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
\nComfortable and effective in both virtual and in-person sales environments.
\nConfident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation.
\nPersistent, resilient, and results-driven, with a “hunter” mindset.
\nExperience using social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) for professional outreach.
