\nReporting to the VP, Commercial Sales, you’ll focus on sales enablement, technical education, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration—ensuring our producers are equipped to deliver exceptional results both in the field and in the office. You’ll help strengthen our unique sales approach, foster professional development, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
\n\nSales Coaching & Mentorship
\nProvide individualized coaching to Commercial Lines Sales Brokers, both in-office and in the field.
\nFacilitate technical and sales skill development through structured training and feedback.
\nConduct regular performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and guide improvement.
\nReinforcing Our Unique Sales Approach
\nDeliver comprehensive training on our established sales methodology.
\nEnsure consistent application of the sales process across all client interactions.
\nPromote a culture of continuous learning and best practices in client engagement.
\nCross-Functional Collaboration
\nAct as a liaison between the sales and brokering teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
\nPartner with internal stakeholders—such as marketing, employee benefits, claims, and risk management—to support cross-selling opportunities and holistic client solutions.
\nSales Strategy & Performance Development
\nTrack, analyze, and report on sales activities and performance metrics to support strategic goals.
\nIdentify knowledge and skill gaps, and coordinate targeted training initiatives.
\nCollaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies that enhance productivity and growth.
\nB2B Sales Execution
\nProactively generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
\nEffectively close deals to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a client-first approach.
\nMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance with a proven ability to mentor and lead.
\nRIBO license required; CIP or CRM designation considered an asset.
\nIn-depth knowledge of commercial insurance markets, coverage options, and placement strategies.
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
\nDemonstrated success in coaching teams through structured sales processes.
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
