\nDeliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, handling policy inquiries, changes, billing, and claims support
\nCollaborate with the agent and team to develop marketing strategies and achieve sales goals
\nCreate memorable customer experiences that promote trust, loyalty, and retention
\nPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or retail (insurance experience an asset)
\nA proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
\nExceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
\nA solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
\nConfidence in presenting and engaging with clients professionally
\nDedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience
\nLicensing Requirements:
\nRIBO and/or OTL license required
\nLLQP license an asset
\nHybrid flexibility – partial work-from-home arrangement available
