\nCollaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal teams to ensure seamless applications and claims processes.
\nStay current on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory updates to provide informed and compliant advice.
\nParticipate in community and networking events to grow your professional presence and client base.
\nWork closely with internal partners to identify opportunities across Life & Living Benefits and other insurance lines.
\nMeet or exceed sales goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards and client-centric approach.
\nReport to the VP of Sales to support business development and strategic initiatives.
\n2–5 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related fields.
\nValid LLQP (Life/A&S) license in good standing.
\nDemonstrated success in business development and prospecting with a growth-oriented mindset.
\nStrong relationship-building abilities and an existing network of clients or referral partners.
\nProficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for client management.
\nPost-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field.
\nExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
\nIndustry designations such as CFP, CLU, or CHS are considered strong assets.
