We’re looking for a Life & Living Benefits Insurance Advisor (LLQP) to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

  • Build meaningful connections with individual and corporate clients through in-depth discovery conversations.

  • Provide expert advice on life insurance, critical illness, disability, and other living benefits.

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and recommend personalized insurance and income protection strategies.

  • Deliver ongoing service, support, and advice to an existing book of clients.

  • Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive reviews and consistent communication.

  • Educate clients on risk management and the importance of holistic protection planning.

  • Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal teams to ensure seamless applications and claims processes.

  • Stay current on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory updates to provide informed and compliant advice.

  • Participate in community and networking events to grow your professional presence and client base.

  • Work closely with internal partners to identify opportunities across Life & Living Benefits and other insurance lines.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards and client-centric approach.

  • Report to the VP of Sales to support business development and strategic initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related fields.

  • Valid LLQP (Life/A&S) license in good standing.

  • Demonstrated success in business development and prospecting with a growth-oriented mindset.

  • Strong relationship-building abilities and an existing network of clients or referral partners.

  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for client management.

  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Industry designations such as CFP, CLU, or CHS are considered strong assets.
