About the Role
Are you a driven financial services professional with a passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial well-being? We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Mississauga. In this in-office role, you will play an integral part in supporting and developing agency operations through prospecting, client engagement, and sales activities, with a strong emphasis on life insurance, group benefits, and investment solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an LLQP-licensed advisor to grow within a collaborative and client-centric environment, where your contributions directly impact both clients’ financial success and the agency’s overall performance.
Key Responsibilities

Drive growth of the agency by generating sales of life insurance, group benefits, and wealth management products.

Support and service the agency’s life, group, and investment portfolios while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Conduct proactive client reviews and needs analyses to identify gaps and recommend suitable life and wealth solutions.

Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve sales and retention goals across all product lines.

Perform front-line risk assessments and follow underwriting guidelines for product recommendations.

Cultivate multi-line relationships and maximize cross-sell opportunities across personal and business markets.

Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities in accordance with agency and industry best practices.
Qualifications
-
LLQP license (mandatory)

2+ years of experience in financial services, life insurance, or related field is preferred

Strong understanding of life insurance, investment products, and group benefits
-
Proven ability to build relationships and trust with clients

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
-
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a high level of integrity
