In this in-office role, you will play an integral part in supporting and developing agency operations through prospecting, client engagement, and sales activities, with a strong emphasis on life insurance, group benefits, and investment solutions.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an LLQP-licensed advisor to grow within a collaborative and client-centric environment, where your contributions directly impact both clients’ financial success and the agency’s overall performance.
\n\nDrive growth of the agency by generating sales of life insurance, group benefits, and wealth management products.
\nSupport and service the agency’s life, group, and investment portfolios while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
\nConduct proactive client reviews and needs analyses to identify gaps and recommend suitable life and wealth solutions.
\nDevelop and execute marketing plans to achieve sales and retention goals across all product lines.
\nPerform front-line risk assessments and follow underwriting guidelines for product recommendations.
\nCultivate multi-line relationships and maximize cross-sell opportunities across personal and business markets.
\nProvide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
\nMaintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities in accordance with agency and industry best practices.
\nLLQP license (mandatory)
\n2+ years of experience in financial services, life insurance, or related field is preferred
\nStrong understanding of life insurance, investment products, and group benefits
\nProven ability to build relationships and trust with clients
\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
\nSelf-starter with a results-driven mindset and a high level of integrity
\nCompetitive salary ($60,000-$70,000), commensurate with experience
