Support the implementation and day-to-day administration of group benefits plans for new and existing clients
Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to clients and members
Respond to insurance inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail
Perform general clerical duties including scanning, printing, mail distribution, and document management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the company CRM
Use quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom, and DocuSign to support departmental needs
Stay informed on the ever-changing group benefits landscape through ongoing training and learning opportunities
1+ years of experience in group benefits administration (preferred)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A high level of professionalism and commitment to outstanding client service
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to business growth
Eagerness to learn and grow within the group benefits insurance industry—training provided!
Post-secondary education (college or university degree preferred)
Excellent computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus
LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license in Ontario is preferred, but not required
