The Opportunity: Commercial Account ManagerAs a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of mid-market accounts—totaling approximately $5 million in premiums—across various industries including construction, landscaping/snow removal, roofing, commercial realty, and fleet. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Commercial TSR to handle processing and back-end administration, allowing you to focus on client relationships, renewals, and technical servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of mid-market commercial renewals and policy servicing
Prepare and submit remarketing submissions as needed
Quote IRCA’s using Applied Rating and process via insurance portals
Leverage First Insurance Funding for premium financing when appropriate
Maintain a high standard of accuracy, client satisfaction, and compliance
Collaborate closely with producers and internal stakeholders
Act as a resource and subject matter expert in your lines of business
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience managing mid-market commercial accounts
Expertise in commercial industries such as construction, fleet, and realty
Strong working knowledge of First Insurance Funding and insurer portals
Proficiency with Applied Rating for IRCA quoting and submissions
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative setting
Professional, proactive, and client-centric approach
