Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering expert advice and tailored insurance solutions

  • Actively generate and close new business through innovative prospecting and lead generation strategies

  • Retain and grow existing client relationships by providing proactive service and consistent communication

  • Negotiate coverage terms, premiums, and conditions with underwriters to achieve the best results for your clients

  • Collaborate with internal departments, including underwriting and claims, to ensure a seamless client experience

Who We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • RIBO License in good standing

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial lines at a brokerage or insurance company

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Experience with Power Broker or Applied Systems is an asset
