As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients—offering expert insurance guidance, proactive service, and support throughout their insurance journey. You’ll be part of a collaborative and customer-focused team, committed to delivering excellence in every interaction.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person

• Respond to inquiries regarding quotes, policy changes, coverage reviews, billing, and claims

• Manage a loyal and growing personal lines portfolio with professionalism and care

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records

• Assist in generating new business and strengthening client retention

✅ What You Bring

• RIBO license in good standing (required)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with Applied Rating, company portals, and ideally Power Broker

• Sound underwriting knowledge and ability to navigate insurer rules and guidelines

• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction
