Reporting to the Personal Lines Team Lead – Servicing, the Personal Insurance Account Manager is responsible for servicing and growing an existing portfolio of VIP clients. You will ensure a high standard of client care while proactively identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Your role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Deliver prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax
Perform detailed renewal reviews and provide recommendations, quotes, and re-marketing when necessary
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize account value
Handle all renewals, endorsements, claims, and policy changes
Process changes and documentation through EPIC and carrier portals
Review and invoice endorsements and renewals as required
Issue pink slips, endorsements, and new business documentation
Prepare and send new business documents for client signatures
Conduct standard reporting (e.g., MVR, Autoplus, HITS)
Maintain accurate records and scan documents into EPIC
Support team members and contribute to a positive team culture
Minimum of 5 years' experience in VIP/personal lines insurance
EPIC brokerage system experience is required
R.I.B.O license is mandatory
Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and industry practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
