• Provide expert insurance advice and tailored policy recommendations for personal lines clients, including home, auto, and recreational insurance.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service.• Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims support.• Work with insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.• Accurately process policy applications, changes, and renewals in a timely manner.• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.• Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products.• Utilize brokerage management software (Applied EPIC experience is an asset) to document client interactions and track policy status.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• RIBO licensed (active and in good standing).• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a personal lines broker role.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
