Our client in Vaughan, ON is a streamlined and experienced brokerage that continuously aims to provide excellence in service. Their company has always had a specialized team to meet the needs of clients in a constantly evolving marketplace, which has contributed to their growth and success since 1821.
They are looking to hire a Commercial Lines Technical Service Representative who supports the Commercial Lines department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares renewal and endorsement documents which includes client letters and policy documentation
- Process endorsements on company portals
- Process the daily download/EDI transactions including auto invoicing
- Update renewal list when processed
- Upload new business on company portals
- Process liability slips, abstracts and auto plus monthly
RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
3 years of experience in similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to work individually and as part of a team
Experience with and understanding of Agency Manager (TAM) system and Compu-Quote is an asset
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
