Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and clients

• Collaborate with colleagues and provide support when needed

• Review policies, contracts, and documentation for accuracy; report claims as required

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and policy conditions with Underwriters

• Prepare client proposals and ensure accurate, organized renewal documentation

• Assist in designing tailored insurance programs for clients

• Analyze, negotiate, and prepare carrier renewals

• Respond to client inquiries within established service standards

• Maintain accurate records, expiry lists, and daily abeyances

• Manage day-to-day client requests, amendments, and documentation updates

• Create and modify advanced spreadsheets as needed

• Maintain detailed logs of client communications

• Follow up with insurers and clients regarding outstanding information, endorsements, and policy documents

• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of Commercial Lines experience
  (TSR experience does not qualify toward this requirement.)

• R.I.B.O. license required

• Proficiency with Applied EPIC and ARS

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• Experience using insurer portals for quotes, wordings, and policy changes

• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

• Strong client service focus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
