Surety Account Manager: Master of Construction Finance & Client Service 🏗️🚧

🔑 Your Key Responsibilities: The Core of the Role

You will be responsible for providing elite-level customer service and managing the complete surety requirements for your assigned construction portfolio.

Financial & Underwriting Excellence:

  • Perform financial analysis and pre-underwriting administration of the surety portfolio.
  • Prepare detailed underwriting market submissions in accordance with company standards.
  • Proactively manage the surety facility requirements of the assigned portfolio.
 

Client & Market Engagement:

  • Provide elite-level customer service to an assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex customer requirements.
  • Meet with clients in underwriting and prospecting meetings as required.
  • Professionally represent the company at industry events, associations, and with our surety company partners.
 

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with other team members in both the surety and insurance departments in a professional and solution-oriented fashion.
 

✅ What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented professional ready to jump in and deliver results:

Requirement Category Essential Qualifications Experience & Licensing Minimum of 2 years of Surety underwriting or brokerage experience. RIBO license is required. Technical Skills Solid understanding of financial statements and strong analytical skills (specifically financial analysis). Professional Attributes A strong communicator (written and oral), with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Work Style Detail-oriented and able to work well both in a group environment and autonomously. Ability to influence others in a cooperative manner. Preferred Assets Preference is given to candidates with ACSB designation and finance/accounting training or background.
