YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide expert insurance advice and tailored policy recommendations for commercial lines small business clients and their personal lines policies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
• Work with insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
• Accurately process policy applications, changes, and renewals in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products.
• Utilize brokerage management software (Applied EPIC experience is an asset) to document client interactions and track policy status.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• RIBO licensed (active and in good standing).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a personal lines & some small commercial lines accounts in a brokerage setting.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Competitive salary $50,000+/year (based on experience and professional designations).
