Commercial Lines Account Manager – Aviation
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Our client, a global leader in insurance and risk management, is expanding its Aviation division and seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Mississauga. As a key member of the Aviation team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial aviation clients, providing exceptional service and expert guidance. You’ll partner with Producers to market, place, and renew business while developing strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers. Your expertise will help deliver customized insurance solutions that protect clients and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Partner with Producers to market and place new business, delivering tailored insurance solutions that exceed client expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters, negotiating competitive terms and ensuring efficient placements.
Manage the full renewal process with accuracy and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Provide end-to-end service for an assigned book of business, acting as a trusted advisor for clients’ evolving insurance needs.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support business growth and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to brokerage standards.
RIBO license with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a brokerage environment.
In-depth knowledge of major markets, underwriting guidelines, and carrier risk appetites.
Strong business acumen with a proven ability to deliver outstanding client service.
Proficiency with EPIC or other brokerage management systems.
Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM (completed or in progress) are considered strong assets.
A solid understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance market, with prior aviation experience preferred.
