We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Barrie office. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a profitable book of commercial business, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Manage and service an assigned book of commercial business in accordance with company standards and goals
Prepare proposals for renewals and new business opportunities
Respond promptly to client and underwriter inquiries by phone and email
Collaborate with Client Executives and Service Managers on negotiations with insurers for renewals, changes, and new business
Review and verify policy documents, endorsements, and wording for accuracy and completeness
Create and manage abeyances and follow-ups for outstanding items
Market renewals and new business as needed
Prepare invoices, monitor receivables, and assist with monthly reporting (e.g., Bordeaux)
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve efficiency
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Minimum 3 years of Commercial Insurance experience
RIBO License required; professional designations (e.g., CAIB, CIP, CRM) are an asset
Strong understanding of commercial insurance markets and policy wordings
Experience in Construction Insurance is a strong asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with EPIC is an asset
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to excellence
