About the Role

We’re looking for an Intermediate Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative who thrives on client relationships, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier service. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking brokerage where you’ll manage a solid portfolio of commercial clients and play a key role in supporting producers and growing accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day servicing for commercial accounts — from renewals and endorsements to certificates and policy changes.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and reliable follow-up.

  • Review, verify, and process policy documentation with accuracy and care.

  • Support producers with marketing, quoting, and policy issuance for both new and existing business.

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and assist in writing new business.

  • Keep client files current and compliant with industry standards and brokerage procedures.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience.

  • RIBO license required.

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); BMS experience an asset.

  • Post-secondary education or professional designations (CAIB, CIP) preferred.
