\n\nAs a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth by enhancing the knowledge, skills, and engagement of its employees. You’ll design, coordinate, and deliver impactful learning programs that empower team members to excel in their roles and strengthen the organization’s overall capabilities.
\n\nSupport learning and development initiatives through effective planning, coordination, and implementation.
\nCoordinate and deliver engaging e-learning and in-person training sessions and events.
\nDevelop and maintain learning materials, guides, and FAQs to support training programs.
\nAssist with various training initiatives, including new hire orientation, software refreshers, and skill development workshops.
\nPlay an integral role in onboarding new branches and ensuring seamless integration into company culture and processes.
\nCollaborate cross-functionally to identify training needs and continuously improve the learning experience.
\nExperience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
\nInsurance industry knowledge and experience are required.
\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\nDemonstrated customer service orientation and commitment to a positive learner experience.
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
\nUnderstanding of training techniques, learning theories, and adult education principles.
\nA proactive, collaborative team player who also works effectively independently.
