About the Position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. Working closely with Account Executives, this position ensures all client needs are handled efficiently and professionally — from policy management and renewals to claims and account servicing.

You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a high level of attention to detail in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to provide seamless support and outstanding client service

  • Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts, including policy changes, certificates, and endorsements

  • Prepare submissions and handle re-marketing as required

  • Negotiate and process renewals to ensure client coverage remains competitive and compliant

  • Manage and follow up on claims, ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients

  • Handle invoicing and maintain account receivables in a timely and accurate manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to uphold service standards and operational excellence

What You Bring

  • 8–10 years of commercial lines insurance experience in a brokerage environment

  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance markets, products, and underwriting requirements

  • Proven ability to negotiate renewals and handle complex commercial accounts

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • A commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • RIBO License required
