\n\nAs a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll play an essential role in providing best-in-class service to our clients while supporting the ongoing growth of our brokerage. Your responsibilities will include:
\nBuilding and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients
\nDelivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and care
\nCollaborating daily with underwriters and maintaining strong partnerships
\nReviewing property appraisal reports and identifying recommendations
\nManaging e-docs and renewal lists efficiently
\nHandling policy renewals, remarketing accounts as needed, and processing endorsements
\nManaging outstanding payments and updating client banking information
\nQuoting and processing policy changes through CQ and company portals
\nSupporting Account Executives with renewals, new business, and policy changes
\nUsing sound judgment and problem-solving skills when assessing risk or resolving issues
\nRIBO License in good standing (required)
\n1–2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (Account Manager, CSR, or TSR role)
\nStrong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry practices
\nExcellent customer service and communication skills
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC, ARS
\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
\nExceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
