Personal Lines Account Manager
Full-Time | On-Site (Toronto, ON)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage an assigned book of business, providing personalized insurance solutions and ensuring each client receives the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities

Review renewal documents and ensure timely processing and accuracy
-
Respond promptly to client telephone and email inquiries, providing professional advice and assistance
-
Handle and process policy changes, endorsements, and updates as required
-
Prepare renewal binders and documentation for client delivery
-
Monitor and report on client claims, maintaining communication throughout the process
-
Conduct remarketing when necessary to secure the best coverage and value for clients
-
Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to meet client needs and support business growth

Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal team members to ensure a seamless experience
Qualifications & Requirements

RIBO License (required)
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Lines insurance

Strong understanding of personal lines underwriting and company guidelines

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail

Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Experience with TAM, CQ, and company portals considered a strong asset
