We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage an assigned book of business, providing personalized insurance solutions and ensuring each client receives the highest standard of service.
\n\nReview renewal documents and ensure timely processing and accuracy
\nRespond promptly to client telephone and email inquiries, providing professional advice and assistance
\nHandle and process policy changes, endorsements, and updates as required
\nPrepare renewal binders and documentation for client delivery
\nMonitor and report on client claims, maintaining communication throughout the process
\nConduct remarketing when necessary to secure the best coverage and value for clients
\nCross-sell and up-sell products and services to meet client needs and support business growth
\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal team members to ensure a seamless experience
\nRIBO License (required)
\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Personal Lines insurance
\nStrong understanding of personal lines underwriting and company guidelines
\nExcellent oral and written communication skills
\nProven organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail
\nAbility to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\nExperience with TAM, CQ, and company portals considered a strong asset
