\nIn this role, you’ll use your strong insurance knowledge and customer-first mindset to ensure clients receive the protection and service they deserve. You’ll manage your own book of business while having the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
\n\nAs a key member of our team, you will:
\nService and maintain an assigned Commercial/Farm book of business with professionalism and care.
\nManage the full customer life cycle—from quoting and renewals to endorsements, remarketing, and cancellations.
\nProvide trusted insurance advice by assessing risk, reviewing underwriting information, and recommending coverage solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\nHandle claims with empathy, assisting clients through the process and liaising with carriers to ensure prompt resolution.
\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues to support retention and growth.
\nFollow up diligently on outstanding client activities to ensure timely completion.
\nIdentify new business opportunities and earn additional commission for sales you bring in.
\nStay current on industry trends, market changes, and product offerings to maintain your edge as a trusted advisor.
\nRIBO license (mandatory).
\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a brokerage role focused on Commercial and/or Farm Insurance.
\nProven success in servicing and retaining an assigned book of business.
\nStrong relationship-building skills and a professional, client-first approach.
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
\nWorking knowledge of TAM or EPIC (an asset).
\nEnthusiasm for learning, collaboration, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
\nFlexible hybrid work model – minimum two days per week in-office, with the option to work remotely the rest of the time.
